This domain is needed for machine proxy and Internet connectivity settings and Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (Microsoft Defender ATP) Meaning only connections that are needed for the system to work and security relevant connections are allowed, like Windows updates, Microsoft Defender and connections for administrative tasks.
